After all the positive feedback we received about the 2011 goal setting seminar we held with Lululemon, we brought back this stellar event to kick off 2012. Our Y.E.S! ladies joined the goal setting team at Lululemon who helped them determine the right goals for the new year, and then taught them how to set and achieve these personal and professional goals.

If you were unable to make the event, Lululemon has been so kind as to provide the handouts and worksheets that they used with the Y.E.S! ladies during the event.

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Experience in managing websites
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Experience using Google analytics
• Proven experience in adapting websites as technologies change and differ applications become available
• Work regularly with Online Content Specialist and Director of Communications to ensure new website content is updated efficiently
• Ensure new event information and organizational content is updated efficiently
• Photoshop experience
• Team player and passion for Y.E.S! and Dress For Success

Expected Hours:
The web developer/webmaster will be expected to attend Y.E.S! Committee meetings, monthly minglers and events.
Hours fluctuate during busy event times however it is safe to assume monthly you will need to allocate 10 hours /month to your Y.E.S! Webdeveloper/Webmaster role.
